They do this,Chloe the calico and her brother,Lyman Cady (named after an old school chum of my Dad's.) They have staring contests,and they were at it last night.Sitting there on the arm of the couch,they stared into each others eyes,just stared.I wonder what were they thinking? Is it like when people do this? Is it the first one who blinks or looks away who wins? Anyway,I snapped a pic,and then later when I saw the subject of today's "Picture Perfect" was "Shadow," I thought,well,there are shadows in this pic.There is the shadow that Lyman casts upon his sister,and there is her shadow on the wall. They are so close as to be each others shadows. Cats are shadowy creatures,anyway,creeping about in the dark,hiding in the shadows,silent as a whisper.
